The Front Gate is the enterance to the school.It is decorated with beautiful flowers and plants that naturally bloom.

| The Enterance Hall
Double oak front doors, opening to the west. Large, cavernous room, lit by torches, with ceiling so high it's barely visible. Wide marble staircase opposite the front doors (east wall) leads up to first floor. Double doors to the right (south wall) lead into the Great Hall. On the east wall are two doors, one on either side of the staircase. To the north of the staircase is a door leading down a flight of steps to the first dungeon level. To the south is a door leading to the Hufflepuff common room and the kitchens. On the left (north wall) is a door leading to a smaller antechamber where First Years wait to be sorted.

| The Great Hall
Vast chamber with an enchanted ceiling which mirrors the sky outside. Four long tables for the four houses. Closest to the doors from the Entrance Hall is Slytherin, then Ravenclaw, Hufflepuff, and next to the far wall, Gryffindor (this order may possibly be reversed, depending on how you orient the room to the entrance hall). The teachers sit at the High Table, a table on a raised platform at the front of the room.

| The First Floor |
| Kitchens
The Hogwarts kitchens are located directly below the Great Hall and are just the same size. They have high ceilings and a great brick fireplace at one end. Mounds of brass pots and pans are heaped around the walls. There are preparation tables directly below the four house tables in the Hall above, and when the time comes for the food to be served, it is magically transported through the ceiling of the kitchen onto the plates. The kitchens are staffed by a large number of house elves. To get to the kitchens, take the door to the right of the main staircase in the entrance hall. Follow the corridor until you come to a painting of a bowl of fruit. Tickle the pear and it giggles and becomes a door handle.

A small stuffy room.Usually you will be alone in here to endure your punishment for whatever mischeif you have caused.Dont wanna end up here, its extremely boring.

| Crystal Ballroom
The Crystal Ballroom has many ice sculptors, and many beautiful art works. Tell one of the founders if you'd like to celebrate someone's birthday or several other occasions. The spirits of the former deceased founders may roam in this amazing room.

| Hospital Wing
Feeling sick? Then to the Hospital Wing you shall go! Located behind the large double doors on the First Floor, the Hospital Wing is just the place to go when you’re feeling under the weather. Lots and lots of beds with white sheets line the walls of the room, though most are covered by privacy screens. If not found tending to one of her patients, the Madam Pomfrey, the school Nurse, could easily be located in her office at the far end of the room, taking a much-needed rest. Stern to others, but kind to patients, Madam Pomfrey has the ultamite authority in the Hospital Wing.

| The Lawns
The lush green field is exquisit. It wraps around hogwarts, creating a sea of green next to the lake.The Lawns cover a large area and slope to the side of the forest as well as border the lake.

| The Whomping Willow
The Whomping Willow is a very violent tree planted alone in the middle of the school grounds. Planted only recently (in 1971, to be exact), no one was told what the willow was for. Herbology project gone wrong? A dangerous creature that just looks like a tree? Though, what tWelcome back do know is that it will attack everyone and everything who come within reach of its branches. Hence why it is highly ill-advised to go anywhere near it. But, knowing kids, when something is against the rules, it just fuels their desire to get to it even more. So, a game was started. People would try to get as close to the tree as possible, to touch it, even. The game was quickly stopped when a boy lost an eye, but that still hasn’t extinguished the students’ curiosity. But, there seems to be no way to get past the swinging branches, unless your name happens to be Moony, Wormtail, Padfoot or Prongs…

| Quidditch Pitch
Possibly the most popular place in all of Hogwarts, the Quidditch Pitch is almost always in use. Whether an annoying captain is forcing his team to practice, or a game, or even a player trying to improve on his own, there is always someone on this grassy field. A few yards away from the field is a shack filled with broomsticks and a box of all the balls used in the wonderful game of Quidditch

| The Forbidden Forest
The Forbidden Forest is, well…Forbidden. Yep, that’s the truth. Strictly off-limits to students, except in the course of occasional Care of Magical Creatures lessons, or detentions. Though, do you really think a silly little rule like that would keep students out? Hah, as if. Exactly West of the castle, the large dark forest is full of beech, oak, sycamore, pine, and yew trees, along with a heavy underbrush. There are a limited number of paths through the forest, but the way becomes almost impossible if you stray off the path. But why would you even want to get off the path, or into the forest, in the first place? The forest is rumored to be a home to a very large assortment of creatures, including acromantulas, centaurs, thestrals, unicorns, giants, trolls, and even werewolves. But the last one is just silly. Of course there aren’t any werewolves in Hogwarts.

In the dead of summer usually comes by as the most beautiful time for the flowers, even stunning enough to be tempted to steal one for a loved one. Make sure no one sees!There are many different flowers to chose from here.

| Hogwart's Cemetary
Among the gravestones you'll find the original founders and then some.It is quite possibly the most haunted area in all of Hogwarts. Students rarely go here, for they don't know where it is. If you must enter, make sure you have a buddy with you. Dont want to venture off or fall into a pit or something and no one finds you for weeks or for the unlucky ones, your dead body.

| The Overdrive
It's a club. Theres alcohol and drinking and smoking and everything allowed. Loud music and live bands and entertainment.

| The Shrieking Shack
The windows are completely boarded up. Outside the house is a dank, overgrown garden. The entrances are all sealed; even Fred and George couldn't figure out how to get in. The Hogwarts ghosts avoid the place, saying that it's the home of a "rough crowd."
